has long had a beautiful duck in the freezer and I decided, in this end of winter, to prepare it in a way a bit 'unusual.

Did I mention that I like to use the fruit in the preparation of main dishes or side dishes, and I therefore decided to prepare a duck stuffed with apples.

Firstly I have boneless duck and lightly salted and peppered the inside.

Then I prepared the stuffing by mixing together an apple "Granny Smith " and a finely chopped onion.

I put the stuffing inside the bird, and I sewed up the opening well.

I put the duck cooked in a pan with a simple olive oil, basting from time to both with white wine (in retrospect, you can use a good apple juice, cider or even better).

To outline I have prepared just the sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms.
