During a television broadcast was given the recipe for this ravioli stuffed with potatoes and red onions and I decided to try it, customizing the flavoring.
The filling of these dumplings is made with just potatoes, red onions sauteed in a little oil and egg.
After being boiled in salted water, I have served with fresh peeled shrimp sauteed in olive oil and chunks of red onion.
A combination certainly unusual, but appreciated by my whole family!
