As has become tradition, in the 'last weekend in June, namely 27 and 28 took place' s 2009 edition of "RADIO AMATEURS IN THE MOUNTAINS."
The purpose of the event (... or the mission, as they say those who speak well) is to meet each OM, members and supporters Cisar, once a 'year in the mountains to make amateur radio activities.
This seems so simple, but all need for good organization of men and means and this was made possible by all 'commitment of the President of Marche Cisar, iw6dse and all the board and not only ...
I am the person least suited to do the record of the event as being in a thousand other chores busy I only did two quick "touch and go" on the summit of Mount Murano where 's was just being set up "base camp". However I was able to follow the fervent preparations for the implementation of infrastructure, 3 tents have been installed (it looks like a biblical quotation), various antennas, the directives for the 10 and 2 meters
My commitment, which I failed miserably, was to bring the signal WI-FI network at the National camp, but ... it was the 'excessive confidence in the ability of given the link is relatively short, perhaps the imperfect alignment of the antennas or, more likely in a few obstacles that stood between the two places, perhaps a bit 'of bad luck ... the fact is that the connection has failed! As "mitigation" is generic to say that the inclement weather was really peaceful there have been moments in sudden downpours complete with thunder and lightning flashes! These conditions of the WX has very limited activities also encouraging amateur radio operators to disconnect the connectors from the antennas and equipment shelter in tents ... then joined to poor HF propagation could be called a failure ... But no!
In this "climate", however, showed the team spirit, the desire to stay together, work as a team, come together to talk, to discuss planning for the future and have lunch, dinner and breakfast together in the large central tent and sleeping (and snoring!) in the sleeping bag still in tents.
The event ended Sunday with the dismantling of the camp where he gave a decisive hand (!?) Also iw5cgm, Giuseppe (unbelievable, just the national president!), The material was then placed in a able van that had straginato (voc. Ancona) up on top.
